Abstract

Cardiac dysfunction is common in patients in the NCCU Incidence varies with disease Subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH ∼70% of patients have abnormal ECG or elevated cardiac troponin I (cTI) ∼15-20% have systolic BP <100, requiring vasopressors ∼15% have pulmonary edema ∼5-10% have dysarrhythmia
