Abstract

A young woman with a permanent form of reciprocating tachycardia (PJRT) underwent an electrophysiology procedure. The 12-lead ECG is shown in Fig. 31.1. The results of pacing maneuvers were consistent with orthodromic AV reentry using a slowly conducting accessory pathway (AP). Where is the AP most likely located?
