Abstract

Much of what was presented here is the accumulated insights and experience of an active clinician and consultant. The majority of the points of view have a basis in the literature and traditional methods of practicing medicine. It is hoped that this article stimulates systematic decision making and the creation of other algorithms for child and adolescent psychopharmacologic practice.
