Abstract

The theoretical predictions of Wildenthal, Nann, and Seth about weak-coupling relations between the 01,2+ states of S32 and the 321+ and 323+ states have been experimentally confirmed and the weak-coupling picture shown to extend to a quadruplet of states in Cl33 which have significant parentage in the 21+ state of S32.
