Abstract

The dependence of contact resistance on the chemical nature of the gate dielectric in a pentacene TFT was addressed. In these devices, pentacene was evaporated onto polyaniline/nanotube contacts printed via thermal transfer. The results, in combination with the ability to print the electrodes with high resolution and speed are important features for the fabrication of low cost organic devices.
