Abstract

There are a couple of minor errors that I missed in Opioid Analgesic Dose and Route Conversion Ratio Studies: A Scoping Review to Inform an eDelphi Guideline: 1. Table 4 Opioid Potency Table 65 You should refer to Wen RY, Atayee RS, and Edmonds KP. A Comparison of Institutional Opioid Equianalgesia Tools: A National Study.J Palliat Med.2022;25(11):1686-1691. 2. Table 6 Morphine to Methadone Conversion.46 3. Therefore, we compared our findings with previously published conversion tables. Wen and colleagues compared opioid potency ranges in 33 conversion tables collected through social media, organizational LISTSERV, and independent inquiries between May and September 2021. Rather than reference 64.
