Abstract

The authors regret that in the original version of our manuscript we did not account for clinic-level clustering in our statistical analysis. We appreciate the response to our recent article by Correia et al., which noted the potential to underestimate standard errors and p-values without this statistical approach. In the updated version of our manuscript, the authors controlled for clinic- and state-level clustering. Our methods, results, and discussion have been updated to reflect this change. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
