Dr. Rutherford is the senior audiologist at the Ida Institute. Before joining Ida, she was the course director for the MSc in Advanced Audiology program at the University College London, and lectured at the University of Cape Town about amplification technology and aural rehabilitation. Ms. Shrestha is a research associate at the Center for Communication and Health at NU. She provides project management support for a five-year grant funded by the U.S Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality for optimizing medication safety. Dr. Lambert is a professor in the department of communication studies and the director of NU{\textquoteright}s Center for Communication and Health. His research focuses on health communication, patient safety, and medical liability reform. He is the principal investigator on a five-year grant from the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality on medication safety. Dr. Dhar is the Hugh Knowles Professor of Hearing Science at NU and the chair of the Roxelyn and Richard Pepper Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Work in his lab is supported by the National Institutes of Health, the Knowles Hearing Foundation, and other private foundations and organizations.",
