Abstract
The CT appearance of a mycotic aneurysm involving the thora-coabdominal aorta with adjacent vertebral osteomyelitis is presented. Specific CT features of the aneurysm, such as lack of intimal calcification and adjacent bone destruction or abscess, may allow the diagnosis to be made in the ap-propriate clinical setting.
