N2 - We report a spectroscopic microscopy technique that, coupled with mesoscopic theory analysis, measures cellular nanoarchitecture otherwise undetectable by conventional microscopy. Human studies demonstrated that this technique can detect the earliest cellular alterations in carcinogenesis.
