note = "Funding Information: There is no vibrational band in the 600-400 cm-l region in either system that shows a frequency dependence upon substitution of 1802, and hence no band which could be assigned to the Co-0 stretch. In the work8 on the {\textquoteleft}picket fence{\textquoteright} porphyrin iron dioxygen adduct, the FeO band shifted 23 em-{\textquoteright} upon substitution of lSO2 for 1602.
