Dynamics of late-stage phase separation in crystalline solids

The evolution of a system of elastically and diffusionally interacting particles was computed. Using the insight obtained, it was shown that the dynamic of the ripening process in the presence of complex nonlinear elastic interactions can be described theoretically in a simple, yet general, manner.
