N2 - The authors note that Table 4 and Table 5 appeared incorrectly. Specifically, the authors note: "A numerical error was made within Table 4. The cell entries are correct. The error was our use of the cell entries to compute the final column, which was headed 'Row Maxima.' That final column should not appear in the table. Instead, we should have used the cell entries to compute a final row, which should have been headed 'Column Maximum Regret.' This error propagated into Table 5, whose cell entries are incorrect as a result. Small errors in the text discussion of Tables 4 and 5 were a consequence." The corrected tables appear below. On page 8, right column, second full paragraph, the text that reads, "The last row of Table 3 presents the associated regrets, the differences between the suboptimal costs and the optimal (minimum) cost with the FIO model," should instead read
