Abstract

(Cell 165, 35–44; March 24, 2016) We have updated the online version of our paper to include the accession numbers to the patient-derived whole exome datasets that were not available at the time of publication. The datasets can be accessed at the Sequence Read Archive (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra) under the accession numbers SRA: SRP067938 (UCLA samples) and SRA: SRP090294 (UCLA and Vanderbilt samples). Table S1 has also been updated to include the reference to the SRA run IDs. We apologize for any inconvenience that this delay may have caused.
