Abstract

Analysis of Outboard-launch measurement had incorrectly used the 470ω pick-up resistor instead of 100ω. Thus, probe current was scaled incorrectly, and density became under reported. Outboard-launch density was found to instead be 1.0 × 1016 m-3 during flat-top power. This affects results reported in the following locations: abstract, line 7; Sec. 3.1, para. 2, line 2; summary, lines 7 - 8. Corrected results are now five times larger than previous results obtained from the midplane of TST-2 [10].
