In the Original Article by Maroney et al. "Plasma proteolytic cascade activation during neonatal cardiopulmonary bypass surgery" (Thromb Haemost 2018;118:1545-1555) after publication of the article it has come to the corresponding author's attention that authorswere inadvertentlyomitted fromthe manuscript. Drs. Scott, Niebler and Stuthwere Co-Primary Investigators of this IRB approved study and made substantial contributions to conception and design of the study and the acquisition, analysis, and interpretation of data. They were directly involved in subject identification, consent, and enrollment. They provided direct oversight of the clinical care teams necessary for study execution participated in writing of the paper, provided important intellectual contributions, and gave final approval of the submitted version of the manuscript. The amended author list is as above.
