A study was performed on the electronic feedback cooling of a one-electron oscillator. The Boltzmann distribution of oscillator energies was revealed by novel quantum jump thermometry. The ratio of electron temperature and damping rate was found to be fluctuation-dissipation invariant which was independent of feedback gain.
