Abstract

A study was performed on the ferromagnetic properties in Cr, Fe-doped Ge single crystals. These single crystals were fabricated using the vertical gradient solidification method. The ferromagnetic ordering of Cr-doped Ge single crystal was shown at 126K, as determined from temperature dependent resistance and magnetization measurements.
