Abstract

Venture capital is an excellent source of funds for entrepreneurs seeking startup or expansion capital. Yet many profitable ventures never get off the ground because the entrepreneur does not know how to present the business concept so that it is most likely to be funded. The ideas presented here to help the entrepreneur are developed from practical experience and the results of a four-year study.
