The fluxon structure in a layered superconductor under an applied parallel constant magnetic field is examined within the model of stacked Josephson junctions. The interlayer phase difference (Formula presented), which is found as a solution of the system of nonlinear equations, corresponds to buckled chains of fluxons, alternating with the field strength. The calculated (Formula presented) is then used to obtain the spectrum of vortex and plasma small oscillations that has a fine band structure showing gaps.
