Abstract
As technology entrepreneurship is on the rise, many individuals around the world aspire to enact the ideals embedded in highly visible entrepreneurial success stories. Based on ethnographic research in Kenya's ICT sector, we develop an open-ended process model that captures the micro-phenomenological perspective of globalization.
