Abstract

Reductive amination of suitably functionalized trisaccharide monomers, based on cellobiosylgalacto residues, has made it possible to construct high-molecular-weight glycodendrons and glycodendrimers for the display of large bioactive oligosaccharides and proteins in a well-defined manner.
