Abstract

The superconducting properties of twenty‐one Y(La)‐Ba(Sr)‐Cu‐O compositions were studied resistively and magnetically. Systematic dc susceptibility data were used to establish part of the phase diagram. Dopping and annealing conditions are shown to have a significant effect on superconductivity in this system. Important parameters which characterize the superconducting phase YBa2Cu3O7‐δ were derived based on resistivity, magnetization and critical field measurements. 1987 The American Ceramic Society
