Abstract
In this chapter, we will describe two cases involving human immune deficiency. One case involves a unique complication while the other case involves an atypical presentation. The first case describes a pregnant woman with recurrent sinusitis and neutropenias who developed pleural and pericardial empyemas. The second case is of a woman who presented with recurrent liver abscesses. Some of the related differential diagnoses are also discussed.
