The study, (?Oral Ondansetron Administration??) to which the letter reply is relevant was a subanalysis of data collected as part of 2 large randomized controlled trials. The subanalysis was not funded. The randomized controlled trials were funded in part by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, and Emergency Medical Services for Children Program of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Health Resources and Services Administration.
