Abstract
Fuzzy regression and neural networks can be used to make sound highway rehabilitation and repair decisions. This approach entails the creation of an interval model from which a fuzzy model can be generated for enumerating all possible combinations of the parameters needed evaluating the extent of the damage to be repaired. The proposed approach is evaluated and discussed in this paper.
