note = "Funding Information: This special issue is made possible through a generous grant from the Urrutia Elejalde Foundation (FUE). The purpose of this Foundation, created in Bilbao in 1996, is to promote research at the frontiers of interaction between economics and philosophy, recognizing that fundamental parts of economics have major impact on the evolution of science in general, and the social sciences in particular. The foundation has organized six summer schools: ethical foundation of economics, economic methodology, rationality, conflict, fairness, and (still forthcoming) social networks. These schools promote interdisciplinary communication by bringing together specialists with young PhDs and graduate students from economics, philosophy and other social sciences.
