Left bundle branch block and intermittent type A preexcitation

Abstract

This article presents a patient with intermittent LBBB coexisting with type A preexcitation. During preexcitation, narrowing of the QRS complex occurred with disappearance of the bundle branch block pattern. The possible anatomic and electrophysiologic implications of these findings are being discussed.
