Abstract

A significant challenge to the new field of lifestyle medicine is implementing evidence-based concepts. The process of designing, operating, and scaling a successful and sustainable Lifestyle Medicine Center is assisted by providing illustrative examples of programs from across the USA and globally. The reader is encouraged to reverse-engineer these success stories in order to identify features that can be useful for tailoring their own Lifestyle Medicine Centers with targeted programs and endpoints.
