Low Voltage Operation Dual-Gate Organic TFTs Using Four-Mask Process

Abstract

We report a low-voltage operation dual-gate organic TFT following a four-mask process. Combined with high-k polymer dielectric, the DG OTFTs exhibit filed effect mobility of ~0.3 cm2/V.s and on-to-off current ratio of >107. The enhanced current driving capability and excellent stability, making it a promising candidate for low power, flexible displays.
