Magnons in Cu Ni superlattices

Abstract

Magnons in Cu Ni Superlattices have been investigated using Brillouin scattering. Although the results indicate that the magnon is in the range between that expected for an alloy and a superlattice with sharp interfaces, the very broad measured line widths make a quantitative conclusion impossible.
