Abstract

This chapter presents a series of case studies related to medical management of renal cancer. The case studies present a series of questions and answers regarding the treatment approach for the management of renal cancer. The first case study is about a 53-year-old man with metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma. Other case studies include a 45-year-old woman with a recent diagnosis of a renal mass that is concerning for renal cell carcinoma, a 62-year-old man with a history of a T2, grade 3 clear cell renal cell carcinoma, and a 70-year-old woman with metastatic renal cell carcinoma. The chapter also discusses the case study of a 62-year-old woman with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
