Abstract

In this study, the microstructural and magnetic properties of Co/NiFe/MnNi systems annealed at various temperatures are examined. The strength of the exchange bias coupling is investigated using alternating gradient force magnetometer (AGFM). The results show clearly an increase in the exchange field on increasing temperature.
