Abstract
A wide variety of surgical techniques are available to treat cubital tunnel syndrome. With expanding evidence for the safety, efficacy, and lower complication profile of in situ cubital tunnel release, the role of this technique has been increasingly defined. The technical modification of minimal-incision-open cubital tunnel release is summarized, highlighting key technical points as well as outcomes studies.
