Molecular dispenser: Conformation-dependent design approach

Abstract

A model of the molecular dispenser is presented that is selective to the particle size. The model is based on the conformation-dependent design approach for copolymers that also includes additional cross-linking of monomer units. The selectivity property is based on the designed sequence, which is tuned to form the hydrophobic core of the copolymer envelope and to attract the particle.
