Nanophotodetector array for nano-imaging

Abstract

A novel near-field nano-imager based on nanophotodetector(NPD) array is presented. Simulation shows λ/10 resolution could be obtained by NPD array. The initially realized NPD devices at 1.5μm wavelength have the smallest pixel size of 50nm.
