Nanophotodetector array for near-field imaging

Abstract

A novel near-field nano-imager based on channelized nanoscale-pixel photodetector (NPD) array is presented. Simulation shows λ/10 resolutions could be obtained by NPD array. Initially realized channelized NPD devices have the smallest pixel size of 50nm.
