On the anti-de Sitter quantum (super) strings

Abstract

Closed bosonic and NSR quantum strings in AdSD are considered as exactly solvable models. There may exist anomaly-free AdSD strings in D ≠ 26 (D ≠ 10) with an appropriate critical cosmological constant fixed by the anomaly-cancellation condition. All anomaly-free pairs (D, Λ) are exactly calculated. Covariant AdS4 and AdS6 GS-type superstrings are discussed.
