Abstract

To date, a large number of low-dimensional (LD) semiconducting systems have been prepared and studied. This article discusses the room temperature optical absorption (OA), photoluminescence (PL), photoconductivity (PC) and resonance Raman excitation (RRE) spectra of (Me₄N)₂Sn₃Se₇, K₂Cd₃S₄ and similar semiconductors based on inorganic units.
