Abstract

The performance of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on BEH-PPV(1,4-bis(2-ethylhexyloxy)phenylenevinylene) doped with a perylenediimide (PDI) electron acceptor is reported. The turn on voltage and emission intensity are dependent on doping level, cathode material and polymer thickness.
