Lacrimal drainage pathology encompasses obstructive, infectious, inflammatory, and neoplastic disease, which can present clinically with overlapping and nonspecific symptoms. In such cases, a thorough history, physical examination, laboratory workup, and radiologic assessment are essential for accurate diagnosis, evaluation of disease extension, and treatment planning.
