Abstract

7 reports were prepared for the 53rd annual meeting of the Highway Research Board covering earth pressure measurements, end bearing of piles, downdrag on piles, enlarged-tip piles, lateral load tests, displacements in deep excavations, and field performance; and evaluate the performance of a retaining structure on pile foundations.
