Abstract

Semiconductor plamsonic nanodisk lasers (SPNDL) are investigated at near silversemiconductor plasmon resonance region. We show via simulation the size of SPNDL at 600nm has effective mode volume 1.31×10-4 λ03, smallest of any lasers to date.
