Polyactin A induced nitro oxide from mice macrophages and its antitumor activity

Abstract

Tumor cells cultured with mice macrophages for a few hours, then detected the production of nitro oxide with Griess's method and evaluated the tumor cell activity with MTT method. Results showed that polyactin A significantly induced nitro oxide production from mice macrophages and the nitro oxide can inhibit the tumor cell's activity remarkably.
