FM-2 was modified with 2-iminotholane and labeled with 99Tcm-GH. The radiochemical purity of 99mTc-FM-2 was over 95% and can stable in the routine temperature for more than 8 hours. Biodistribution in mice showed 99mTc-FM-2 was cleared mainly by liver and kidney. The normal myocardial showed a high uptake and rapid clearance of 99mTc-FM-2.
