Abstract

Northwestern is one of the pioneers in the field of undergraduate education for biomedical engineers. To maintain its status, the University is constantly looking for ways to improve what it is doing in both small and large ways. This article discusses some of the initiatives Northwestern has taken and are taking to open the field of biomedical engineering to underclassmen at the University.
