Abstract

Organ transplant recipients on immunosuppressant therapy are at risk of developing lymphoproliferative disorders. Although rare, there have been reported cases of primary cutaneous T-cell lymphoma occurring in this population. We present a pediatric patient who developed cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with mycosis fungoides histology after liver transplantation.
