Abstract
Pyloric duplication is rare condition. A case of neonatal gastric outlet obstruction caused by a duplication of the pylorus is presented. This case, successfully treated surgically, illustrates that pyloric duplication should be considered in the differential diagnosis of neonatal gastric outlet obstruction.
