The high‐temperature electrical conductivity in Fe1−xO is analyzed at constant thermoelectric coefficient rather than at constant x. Small polaron conduction is p‐type with an activation energy of 15.4 kJ/mole (0.16 eV), independent of composition. The electrical properties are consistent with the clusters known to exist in wustite.
