Abstract
A novel rejection free geometric cluster algorithm was presented for the simulation of fluid systems. The algorithm facilitates the canonical simulation of large classes of continuum systems, by generating particle configurations according to the Boltzmann distribution. Size ratios of up to 100 were reached in simulations involving several millions of particles. The results show that this approach can be extended in several ways, including the treatment of nonspherical particles and electrostatic interactions.
